OK, so its Rock theme this week. Seriously? Why don't we just call it David Cook week? I looked at the list of the 500 songs. http://www.rockhall.com/exhibithighlights/500-songs/
There are certainly a lot of possibilities and a lot of terrible choices to be made. David Cook will do some songs some justice as for everyone else, I'm sure none of these will be what they choose but here is what I WOULD love see.
SyNOsha - will probably do some rock diva song but her true mantras should be Aerosmith's - Dream On , The Beatles - HELP! or The Contours - Do You Love Me (aaaaaaahhhhh NO!)
Archu - Alice Cooper - I’m Eighteen, Dion - A Teenager in Love, Woody Guthrie - This Land Is Your Land (only because Kristy is gone) Frankie Lymon and the Teenagers - I’m Not a Juvenile Delinquent, but my all time desire would be Madonna- Like a Virgin.
Jason - Well between songs and stoner groups he has a lot to choose from...Led Zeppelin - Dazed and Confused seems appropriate or Otis Rush - I Can’t Quit You Baby, Jackie Wilson - Higher and Higher , and only because it would be hysterically funny, Elmore James - Shake Your Moneymaker.
I guess we will just have to see.
